It looks good out of the box, but the metal started scratching quickly with normal use. I also kind of felt like just a ticket number when trying to deal with it, so overall it was a bit disappointing

It was worth the money. I don’t really have any complaints, at least from what I’ve used it for so far.

The wrong handle showed up at first, which was a bit annoying, but they fixed it really quickly. Mistakes happen, their fast response made it feel like decent value overall.

Ordered these handles for our cupboards and yeah, I’m really happy with them. They’ve got a proper weight to them, not that flimsy feel you sometimes get, which was a nice surprise. Delivery was fine too, no issues there. Overall, really pleased.

I’m picky with handles because I feel like they can totally change the look of a room, so I was paying close attention to the photos. From what I can see, these look really nice and the style is definitely the kind I usually go for. The colour also seems close to what I had in mind. That said, I wish there were a few more close-up photos in normal lighting so I could get a better idea of the finish. It’s also hard to judge the real size without seeing them fitted on a door or drawer. Overall they look decent, but for me personally, there just isn’t quite enough detail to feel completely sure.

The handles do look nice, but I felt like the product descriptions were vague. The sizes and finishes weren’t explained clearly enough, so I wasn’t totally sure what I was actually ordering. It kind of gave me the impression they were more focused on getting the sale than helping customers make the right choice. I expected a lot more detail before spending my money

My order showed up with some damage, which was frustrating and not a great first impression. That said, I emailed them and they replied really quickly, then sent out a replacement with no hassle at all. So yeah, I was annoyed, but also kind of impressed with how smoothly they fixed it. Still giving 5 stars because the service made up for it.

The finish was really close to the photos, which was what I cared about most. It matched the rest of my room nicely and there weren’t any weird colour surprises. I also kept the order receipt email just in case I needed to check anything, but everything was as expected. Really happy with it

Found what I needed quick. The filters actually helped, which was nice. Checkout was simple too. No messing about, no confusing pages. Just a clear site that loaded fine and did what I needed.

I liked the overall look of the hardware on Plank. My brain quickly put it in the “clean black and metal, modern and simple” category, which is a style I usually like. Some pieces definitely caught my eye and would look great in the right setup. But after browsing for a bit, a few designs started to feel kind of similar, so nothing really jumped out as super unique. It’s a good place to get ideas, but design-wise it didn’t totally wow me. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

My order was fine overall, but the delivery took ages. What confused me was the website said one thing about the delivery time, but the actual wait was totally different. I reached out to support hoping they could clear it up, but they weren’t much help. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating.

It took quite a while to get a reply, and at first I didn’t find the help super useful. That said, they were polite, and maybe they were just busy, so I don’t want to be too harsh.

I ordered a few samples before deciding what to buy, and that definitely helped. The only downside was that some of the finishes I was interested in weren’t available as samples, which made it harder to compare everything properly. Maybe it’s just the ones I picked, but it feels like the sample range could be a bit better overall. The site itself was easy enough to use, though.

I got there in the end though, so nothing too bad, just would’ve appreciated a bit more reassurance along the way

The site itself was totally fine and easy enough to use, but a bunch of the handles I actually liked were out of stock. I was just trying to finish up a small cabinet project in my laundry room, nothing major, and of course the ones that matched best weren’t available. I signed up for the restock alerts, but I’m still waiting. Not the end of the world, just kind of annoying when you’ve already measured everything and want to get it done.
